Prayer - Conversation with God through Jesus Christ
Jesus taught us how to pray...
Matthew 8:13 says, "Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go your way; and as you have believed, so let it be done for you.” And his servant was healed that same hour."
Matthew 9:28-29 says, "And when He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They said to Him, “Yes, Lord.” Then He touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith let it be to you.”
Matthew 21:21-22 says, "So Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done. And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”
Mark 11:23-24 says, "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them."
Mark 16:17-18 says, "And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
John 14:13-14 says, "And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it."
John 16:23-24 says, “And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full."
Prayer of Defense with God's Armor and Holy Angels:
{Prayer before sleeping or naps} Father in Jesus’ name (John 15:16,) I put on Your full armor as Your Word says (Eph 6:10-18,) and I plead the Blood of Jesus Christ over myself and my armor as:
• I put on the Waistband of Truth, and the Shoes of the Gospel of Peace,
• and the Breastplate of Righteousness, and the Helmet of Salvation,
• and I lift up the Shield of Faith on one arm, and with it repel all evil darts against me, and
• with my other arm I pick up the Sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God, (Hebrews 4:12)
• and I slay all enemies attacking me in the mighty name of Jesus, and I cut every silver cord of every witch coming against me.
Father in Jesus’ name, I loose holy warrior angels as it is written in Matthew 16:19 and 18:18,
• to surround me with swords drawn and to defend me from all my enemies, and to protect my life, my possessions, my purpose, my ministries, my future generations, and my destiny while I sleep, in Jesus’ mighty name, that my sleep may be sweet (as it is written in Proverbs 3:24.)
• I confess all of my sins, known and unknown, and I forgive all others, known and unknown.
• I put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering, bearing with and forgiving one another just as Christ forgave me.
• And I command my conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind to be able to recognize evil and war against the enemies of God with the full armor of God in Jesus’ name and by His Blood.
{Upon waking up, even from daydreaming or from taking a nap} Father God, in Jesus’ name, I cancel any assignment that Satan or his demons or witches sent upon my life, including as I slept and slumbered last night, and in the wee hours of the morning. I cancel them off of my conscious mind, my subconscious and my unconscious mind, and I cancel them off of my body, soul and my spirit. I reverse every evil done to me in my dreams, or by any other method, in Jesus’ name. I take back all that has been stolen from me in Jesus’ mighty name. I bind my enemies with a three-fold cord (as it is written in Ecclesiastes 4:12,) and in unquenchable holy fire of God, and in torment with no rest, I smite them with the Word of God (by Hebrews 4:12.) If any unclean or unholy thing or being entered my dreams or thoughts, such as any food, any drink, or if any concoctions were given to me, or any sexual or unholy contact happened to me from anyone or anything known or unknown, or if I was exposed to sickness, disease and infirmities, or ungodly soul bonds and ties: I cast them all to the Bottomless Pit and seal them there by the Blood of Jesus from ever returning to me or retaliating against me, or from rotating or transferring into another person, place or thing. I order my day to be a glorious day, and a prosperous day, in the Lord Jesus. Whatever my feet touch shall be blessed; and whatever my hands touch shall be blessed. I put on the Full Armor of God (as it is written in Ephesians 6:10-18) with the Waistband of Truth, the Shoes of the Gospel of Peace, the Breastplate of Righteousness, the Helmet of Salvation; and with one arm I pick up the Shield of Faith to repel my enemies and their weapons; and with my other arm I pick up the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, and I cut away all evil from me, my household, my possessions and my life, and I cut every silver cord of every witch that comes against me (Hebrews 4:12, Exodus 22:18.) As it is written in Matthew 16:19 and 18:18, I loose holy warrior angels to surround me and fight for me, and to guard me and everything in my life. I plead the Blood of Jesus over my armor to quench every evil and fiery dart coming against me, and to cover my family members, my automobiles, lands, buildings, and everything in my life. It is written: “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn.” (Isaiah 54:17.) And: “Behold, I give you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and all the powers of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” (Luke 10:19.) I am saved by grace only through my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and His completed work on the Cross. (John 1:12-13, Ephesians 2:8-9, Titus 3:5.) It is written: “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes, we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5.) I am qualified to receive healing from Jesus. He is no respecter of persons. What He’s done for others, He will do for me. This healing belongs to me because of what Jesus has done. Amen.
